Rhys was admitted to practice in 2017 and joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2020. He is an experienced employment lawyer advising across a wide range of sectors in respect of the issues that arise during the employment cycle: from recruitment, to the day-to-day management of employees, to termination of employment. He has significant experience in unfair dismissal and general protections claims and also in the conduct and management of workplace investigations. Rhys’s background in commercial law contributes towards his business-focused, pragmatic approach to the resolution of workplace issues and the preparation of related documentation.
