Simon joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2000 after working as a partner at a large patent attorney firm in New Zealand. He is a registered trade marks and patent attorney and advises a wide range of clients on trade mark, registered design and patent law, and develops and applies clearance, protection and enforcement strategies for the clothing, engineering, entertainment, fast-moving consumer goods, electronics and information technology industries.
